This August Inspired Planet will host a Fantastic Procession, a rainbow bridge Caravan of Colors on our front meadow.
Bring your circle of friends, your theater troupes, schools and camps, troubadours, pilgrims and wandering minstrels to celebrate your hearts’ passion, your alter egos, your higher selves participating in a spiral procession along Route 7, through waving gates of color, portals of consciousness with high intention. Everyone will be acknowledged, blessed, videoed coming together for the world community.

Caravan of Colors of August Ritual on the meadow of Inspired Planet
We've had 16 Caravan of Color Processions so far. That's counting the small impromptu revels. The biggest was about 20 people on a Saturday. At the core was big Bill, in a white suit, he’s smart and a little out of control, Pooja, soulful clown from Kerela who brought an Indian feast, Tim, one of the old boys of IP who brought his 8 yr old Simon, cross-cultural gringa AnnaLisa arrived with big smile and her two ragamuffin kids, we had a family from Boston, the eldest son worked for WGBH, plus the director of a circus camp and smattering of conventional folk who didn't know what they'd gotten into! I explained the symbolism of our ritual and declared the overall intention: to unite earth and heaven. We made a circle and chanted, formed a colorful line with flags, streamers and parasols and paraded into the front meadow, me leading with silk robe and crashing Tibetan cymbals. The first portal we passed through was sacred geometry man, with chakra ladders, earth rising/heaven's blessing emblems, and the Eye of Horus. Then we spiraled round the Tibetan prayer flags pausing for a pregnant moment before walking through the Sun Gate. When everyone had congregated we gave thanks for the enlivening and felt the blessing. Short, fun and invigorating.
